The Analyst

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Rotech Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the mobile application The Analyst - CorrectScores (the “App”).

The App provides football predictions, analysis, and optional VIP subscription content. Predictions are for informational and entertainment purposes only and are not a guarantee of results.

2. Information we collect

We do not require you to create an account or provide your name, email, or payment card details inside the App. We may still process the following:

• Device and app data: device type, OS version, app version, language, time zone, and similar technical data needed to run the App.
• Push notification token: a Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token so we can send tips and updates if notifications are enabled.
• Usage and diagnostics: app events, performance data, and crash reports via Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics.
• Advertising ID: Google Advertising ID (GAID) may be processed by Google Analytics / Google Play services on Android, where permitted.
• Purchase status: whether a VIP subscription is active. Payments are processed by Google Play. We do not receive your full payment card number.
• Content requests: when the App loads predictions from our Firebase database, Google’s servers process the request (IP address and standard network logs as part of providing the service).

3. How we use information

• Deliver predictions, VIP sections, and in-app features.
• Verify and restore Google Play subscriptions.
• Send optional push notifications about tips and updates.
• Measure app performance, fix crashes, and improve the product.
• Comply with Google Play and applicable law.

4. Payments (Google Play Billing)

VIP weekly and monthly subscriptions are sold through Google Play Billing. Google processes payment information under Google’s own privacy policy. We only receive subscription/entitlement information needed to unlock VIP content and restore purchases.

5. Third-party services

We use trusted processors to operate the App:

• Google Firebase — Realtime Database (predictions), Cloud Messaging, Analytics, Crashlytics, and Remote Config.
• Google Play — app distribution, in-app subscriptions, and Play services.

These providers may process data on servers outside your country. See Google Privacy Policy.

6. Notifications

On Android 13+, we ask permission before showing notifications. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings. Disabling notifications does not stop the App from working.

7. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only:

• with service providers listed above, to run the App;
• if required by law, regulation, or a valid legal request;
• to protect our rights, users, or the integrity of the App.

8. Data retention

Analytics and crash data are kept according to Google Firebase default retention (or a shorter period we configure). FCM tokens are kept while the App is installed and notifications are used. Purchase records are retained by Google Play for as long as Google requires for billing and tax purposes.

9. Your choices and rights

• Uninstall the App to stop most local collection.
• Reset or opt out of the advertising ID in Android settings.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in the Google Play Store.
• Disable notifications in system settings.
• Request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold by emailing us. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where the law requires it.

Depending on your country (for example GDPR/UK GDPR or similar laws), you may also have the right to object, restrict processing, or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

10. Children

The App is not directed at children under 18 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it where required.

11. Security

We use HTTPS and Google’s infrastructure to protect data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please keep your Google account protected, as purchases are tied to that account.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy. Material changes may also be noted in the Play Store listing or in the App.
